One of my frisbee friends from back home who studies "conversational" biology recently went on a field trip to Stradbroke Island. "Straddie" is an island in Brisbane's Moreton Bay. An absolutely beautiful place, lots of forests, 20 km of beaches, great surf and great fishing. Anyway, he has posted some pictures he took on his field trip. They have definitely made me feel a bit sorry for myself...
